Stoa Privacy Policy
Who We Are
This privacy policy is issued by The Stoa Corporation Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14012846). Stoa is responsible for ensuring your personal data is properly protected.
Personal Data We Collect
We collect Identity Data, Contact Data, Financial Data, and Transaction Data to provide our services. This may include your name, email, bank account details, and transaction history.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for legitimate interests including creating your Savings Score and improving our services.
Bank Connections
When you link a bank through our Open Banking provider, Yapily, we keep that read-only connection so your score can be recalculated each month without linking again. Under Open Banking rules the connection needs your confirmation every 90 days; we ask for that confirmation in the app, and a connection you do not confirm stops working until you link the bank again. You can disconnect a bank at any time, which ends our access to it at Yapily. Transaction data we have already collected is kept so your score history remains available to you; disconnecting a bank does not delete it.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, among other rights. If you delete your Saving Score account, we erase your transactions, scores, share links and bank account details within 30 days, and your bank connections as soon as each has ended at Yapily. We keep a record that the Saving Score account was deleted. Your Stoa account, and Stoa's own customer contact record of your name and email, are not part of Saving Score: deleting your Saving Score account does not delete them, and they are handled under Stoa's own policy.
How to Contact Us
If you have any questions or concerns about how we handle your personal data, you can contact us at support@stoa.money.
