Stoa App Terms of Use
About Us
This Agreement is between The Stoa Corporation Limited, a limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 14012846, and registered offices at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England N1 7GU (“Stoa”), and you.
The Service and These Terms
Stoa licenses you to use its Stoa Saving Score App (the “Service”) which consists of the software applications hosted and made available by Stoa. By signing up, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Querying Your Savings Score
If you have any queries regarding your Savings Score, contact Stoa. Stoa keeps your transaction data while your Saving Score account is open so your score history stays available. If you delete your account, it is erased within 30 days.
Intellectual Property Rights
Stoa owns all intellectual property rights in the Service. Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights other than as necessary to access the Service.
Termination
You have the right to terminate your relationship with Stoa at any time by deleting your Stoa Account.
Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and Stoa disclaims all warranties. Stoa will not be responsible for any damages or losses caused by the Service unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law, and disputes can be settled in English courts.
